Cow tech innovator update: Knowby and iYOTAH

This past week, I chatted with two startup founders – Grant Rogers of Knowby and Kari Spaan of iYOTAH. Knowby is making it easier for farmers to create step-by-step visual instructions and training materials for their employees. iYOTAH is working behind the scenes with many dairy tech providers to aggregate farm data and will soon launch a portal where farmers can create their own account and use the company’s tech to get prescriptive and predictive business intelligence for their farm.

In addition to getting an update about the status of their companies, I asked each of them what technologies besides their own they think others should be following and what technologies they think are going down the wrong road.
